While we strive for absolute accuracy, inventory for network hardware and computing components fluctuates rapidly. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly to offer a suitable alternative or process a full refund.

What are the accepted payment terms?

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order total, including applicable shipping fees and taxes, to that specific method.

Do you agree to our shipping and inspection protocols?

This explicitly includes the understanding that opening or inspecting Factory Sealed packages with the courier upon delivery is strictly prohibited. This protocol is in place to maintain the brand new status and warranty validity of sensitive electronic equipment.

How do returns and warranties apply to checkout orders?

All purchases finalized through our checkout are governed by our standard Warranty and Return Policy. You are granted a 14-day window for returns regarding manufacturing defects or entirely unopened items, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy. Warranty claims beyond this period are managed by the respective authorized brand agents in Egypt.
