Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Orders placed before 6:30 p.m., Sunday to Thursday are eligible for next working day delivery in most areas. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the region.

Shipping is handled by trusted local couriers, and delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

To request a return, please contact our sales support team. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
